Neighbors...

Last week, I noticed the kids spending quite some time along the fence on the side of the house... I went to explore what they were going nuts over and found a tiny hole at the bottom of the fence. I came to conclusion that Daisy must have seen a lizard run through the hole to the other side and was waiting for it to appear again...


Fast forward to this past weekend... Still stalking the fence... Mostly Daisy doing the stalking...

So today, both Cody and Daisy were STILL out stalking the fence ALL day in the hot summer sun...

About 30 minutes ago, I decided to get on my hands and knees to look through the hole at the bottom of the fence to see what the kids could see... I wasn't expecting to see another face staring back at me! hahahaha

Sleepy Heads...

Nobody wanted to get up on this hot and humid Sunday morning... I'm surprised no one took advantage of the empty space (my side) of the bed!

Oops! Did I Do That?

It was during one of Daisy's crazy moments... I was in the other room when I heard a *CRASH!!!* I ran to the living room to find a screen door knocked out and a startled dog outside, in the backyard... Daisy ran all the way around the house, to the kitchen door, where the dogs usually go in and out of the house from. Back inside the house, to the living room, Daisy stared at the busted screen door on the floor in confusion... Did I do that? :)

And yes, she was concerned for her smashed teddy bear...

I Spy...

What do you know? The sun came out and so did the Bear! Everyday is like a vacation for these pups- lounging by the pool all day...

Best Friends Forever!

Cody and Daisy have been extra chummy with each other the past few days. It makes me so happy to know that they love each other and are so inseparable! Too cute!

After looking all over the house for the 80 pound Bear, I finally found him in his new hiding spot... Of course, I could have just called for him, but that would have taken away from all the fun. :) Looks like the chair grew a nose and an additional leg...

We love to play at the park!

And the chase is on! Today was a very energetic day for all of the dogs. I'm sure everyone went home REALLY tired!

What Do Cody and Daisy Dream About?

I don't know if I made swimming in the pool look fun, but this was the first day this summer that Daisy had the courage to put her paws in the pool! Mind you, she LOVES the beach and gets right in the water, but there's something scary about our backyard pool that makes her a bit hesitant. Here she is with her 2 front paws in the pool...
