Sorry! I totally fell behind on updating Cody and Daisy's blog... This is from last week's BAD rain storm... It rained for like 5 to 6 days straight (Hey! We're from California! That's tragic weather for us!), and the kids were bored and stuck indoors the whole week...

They got a wee potty break in the middle of the day when the rain stopped for a few minutes...

Well.. ALMOST lap dogs... :) For some reason these two pups decided they wanted to show momma some love and sleep against both sides of her lap... And yes, those are bunnies with ear muffs and scarves on my pants...

A little golden retriever was digging holes in the sand, and Daisy thought it would be fun catching the muddy sand that came flying from behind the retriever's paws! Our little girl is pretty special! :)

The Best Stocking Stuffer Ever!

Merry Christmas!!! Cody got the "Furminator" brush in his stocking this year, and boy does he LOVE it! He didn't mind being brushed over and over and over with it. I can't believe the amount of fur that came out! Let's see if Mom has to vacuum the house in the next few days or if the Furminator did its job. :)

Christmas Portrait 2009

We just took our Christmas family portrait (which some of you lucky ones will soon receive in the mail), and I decided to take some cute pictures of the kids in their Christmas scarf attire (apparently all the doggie antlers have sold out in our neighborhood, so scarves it is!). This was probably the best picture, as they both have their eyes open and they both are looking at the camera. haha :)

Saving it for a rainy day...

Which would probably mean, everyday is a rainy day at this household! :)

Privileged.

There, stands a BIG, comfy L.L. Bean bed (with "Cody Bear" embroidered on it), alone. No dogs sleeping on it because the dogs felt the need to sleep on other furniture pieces around the house. And we let them. :)
