Gimme a piggy-back ride please!

Daisy LOVES jumping on Cody's back for a short ride! But it looks like Cody's a bit too tired to give her a ride at this moment haha

Cody shows Daisy what the beach is all about!

Daisy finally got her rabies shot and other puppy shots that will allow her to enjoy the beach! So Cody wanted to show her what his most favorite place is all about.
The anticipation is apparent in the car ride to Dog Beach!:

Daisy was a little apprehensive at first having the waves hit her and getting her body wet, but once she got in there, there was no turning back!

Daisy wanted to go out far with big brother Cody, but her tiny little body couldn't touch the ground anymore, so she swam over to him!

Daisy is quite the swimmer for it being her first time at the beach! She just kept swimming and swimming and swimming! Take a look at the video of her swimming!

The Most Expensive Screw ever!

Was found in Daisy's tummy today! Take a look at the x-rays:


Daisy is fine. We rushed her to the vet today after discovering that we were missing a screw from a package (doing backyard stuff) and we knew Cody wouldn't have swallowed anything since he's never ate or chewed anything other than his toys and bones. We had a feeling that she ate it. And well, the x-rays proved us right! haha The vet gave her some vomit-inducing drugs, and within minutes, she threw the screw up and we all lived happily ever after! :)

Looks like Daisy's the one who's gonna be gettin the athletic scholarship between the two kids in this household.

This is how much Cody LOVES his little sister...

Daisy sleeps in the crate at night and the minute we wake up, Cody is there yapping away as if to tell us "let her out already, geez!!!" and then he gets like WAY excited when she comes out. If we leave during the day to run some errands, its the same thing when we come home. Cody will sit by the stairs and the minute we step inside the house, he runs straight to our bedroom (where her crate is) and goes nuts. Take a lookie!

We were doing some gardening out in the backyard for a few hours and i needed to get some water. Low and behold, i found someone who made themself comfortable on the hose! With a treat and all!

Oh no! The evil tennis ball decided to fall into the swimming pool! The doggies must fetch it out before they have heart attacks from the anxiety the ball is causing them, since its not in either one of their mouths to play with! Who will save the day?

This past weekend, Tyler paid a visit to Encinitas for the very first time! Daisy was quite excited to see another baby in the house!

Cody and Daisy were playing tug-of-war the other day and i was trying to be sneaky and snap some pictures of them. They were totally going nuts with each other and for some reason they must have known i was taking a picture at that very moment because they paused for a moment, and both looked at the camera!! and then continued playing after i snapped the picture!

Daisy's first day at puppy kindergarten.

Saturday was Daisy's first puppy kindergarten class. The same one Cody went to back when he was only 3 months old. For being such a spazz at home, she was quite overwhelmed on this first day, surprisingly. She was a bit curious at first, sniffing other puppies...


and then she got shy and kept hiding out underneath a chair! Here's a puppy that wanted to play with Daisy. He tried his best to get her out but i think all she wanted was her big brother Cody.

Daisy is a tough girl! She LOVES rawhides and bones and snubs the puppy stuff we got her.

Yesterday was Daisy's first bath (from us at least), and good thing because she was pretty stinky!! We had to wait for her stitches to heal since the animal shelter spayed her last week. Now she smells fresh as a daisy! :)

Remember our family portrait last summer? Well, the family of 3 is now a family of 4. And yes, we all are crazy. At this rate, we'll need to move into a bigger pool next year!
