Cody was all geared up for the San Diego Charger game this past Sunday at Grandma and Grandpa Ha's house. (unfortunately, our team didnt win... booo!!!)

Dog day at the beach (again) haha

So i played hookie Friday afternoon and decided to take the Bear to the beach as a special treat since he didnt go to day care that day. There he made a train with two other dogs, sniffing butts:

and he almost had a heart attack in the tide pool area when he stepped into a water hole and couldn't see his front paws:

and then Cody took daddy off to explore the other side of the beach:

Well shake it a baby now! (shake it a baby!)

Cody wanted to play outside in the rain today...

Little did he know that a toga party was in store for him after he came back inside the house. And boy was he thrilled.

But i don't get it??

New Years Eve @ the lagoon

We decided to take Cody to the Carlsbad Lagoon for his New Years Eve celebration. I think he liked it. :)

Cody's Favorite Place in the World!

Elbert's sister, Ann, decided to stay over for a few days with us here in beach city Encinitas, and what better way to get her aquainted with our neck of the woods than to take her to dog beach (it was Cody's idea!).

We waited and waited for the sunset...

And when we told Cody we were leaving a wee bit earlier than the sunset, he showed us what he thought about that...

Santa came a few days early...

A new bed was on the top of Cody's wishlist because he totally outgrew his puppy bed.


Santa decided to come a few days early to grant him his wish! We had to let him sleep on it right away... it didnt fit underneath our tree hahaha

Shedding off the Thanksgiving pounds

to work off the extra calories from Thanksgiving, we took Cody to the beach where he could run like the wind!

He made a whole heck of a lot of friends too!
